Nose: Coir mats with a rubber base give way to rich chocolate pot, decadent chocolate cake, its centre oozing with dark chocolate mousse, plus mint hot chocolate with a chocolate-dipped strawberry, mango pudding, coconut and truffle mash.

Palate: Soft and creamy mouthfeel with a rush of warm mulling spices, dark chocolate, orange and crème brûlée, vanilla panna cotta with orange and raspberry coulis, lebkuchen, smoky beeswax candles and slowly-stirred custard in a copper pan over a wood fire.

Finish: Pfefferkuchen plus gooey meringue and marshmallows.

Conclusion: A daily dram full of delicious pastries, a dessert in itself!
