Colour: Clear
Nose: A box of liquorice, sherbet pips, lemon bonbons, nougat, grass, spearmint, cinnamon buns, butter and raisin biscuits, oiled sewing machine and a pin cushion, with a touch of funk.
Palate: Liquorice, herbs, Swiss cough sweets, lemon buns, coconut ice, cinnamon, mace, cloves, star anise, white pepper, Bakewell tart and Battenberg cake.
Finish: Grass, lemon buns and cinnamon doughnuts.
Conclusion: A smooth and sophisticated tequila for sipping, also ideal as a digestif instead of Port.
