Colour: Rich chestnut

Nose: Typewriter ink, marzipan, Mirabelle plums, sugar plums in a silver bowl, pecan pie with a chocolate-lined case and vanilla ice cream, clove syrup, spiced pumpkin latte and rose hand cream.

Palate: Wonderfully floral with roses, hyacinths, geranium and honeysuckle, plus sugar plums, Mirabelle plums, pancakes with lemon and icing sugar, milk chocolate-covered rose Turkish delight, violet and coconut Turkish delights, mango kulfi, strawberry mousse, clove balls, aniseed twists and an oak platter.

Finish: Clove balls, aniseed balls, maple bacon and plum with dulce de leche ice cream and a dusting of nutmeg.

Conclusion: So smooth, fruity and floral, enjoy on its own or with Amaretti biscuits.
