Colour : Mahogany
Nose : A sweet nose, dominated by ripe, bright fruit. Juicy peaches take centre stage, accompanied by tangy sweets that add a lovely freshness. In the background, a few more discreet notes of fresh glue and toasted oak remain, enveloped in a warm atmosphere of golden brioche and almond.
Palate : The palate is fine and silky, with a clean attack of ripe yellow fruit. Gradually, empyreumatic notes take their place: melted rubber, hints of petrol, always carried by a fine acidity which gives relief without weighing down the texture.
Finish : The finish is generous and vibrant. The ripe fruit bursts out again, supported by a saline touch that prolongs the balance between deliciousness and freshness. A few sweet spices and a hint of black fruit add an elegant finish.
