Colour : Sauvignon Blanc

Nose : Candlewax, orange sorbet, lemon sorbet, lemon barley water, barley sugar, Brazil nuts, milk chocolate-covered hazelnuts, pistachio nuts, lamb's wool, a trio of biscuits – buttered raisin, oat, plus iced coffee and snapdragons.

Palate : Waxy mouthfeel, orange sorbet, lemon sorbet, oak table, chilli, paprika, white pepper, clove, star anise, nutmeg and spiced hot chocolate.

Finish : Buttered biscuits and lemon curd.

Nose with water : The spice is still there but much softer and mixed in a teacake with candied orange, plus beeswax, hazelnuts, walnuts, buttered scones with greengage jam and clotted cream, banana milkshake, milk chocolate buttons and hairspray.

Palate with water : Banoffee pie, milk chocolate-covered bananas, spiced hot chocolate, strawberry blancmange, lemon tart, lemon and rose Turkish delight, vanilla latte, latte, crème caramel, waffles with vanilla ice cream, and brioche with lavender honey.

Finish with water : Rum and raisin ice cream.
